This page explains the browser storage and third-party features identified in the current RobotSpace application. Cookies are one type of browser storage; local and session storage are also covered here.
Store preferences
- rs-compare (local storage): remembers up to three robot IDs selected for comparison. It has no application-set expiry and remains until cleared by you or your browser.
- rs-selection:product-id (session storage): remembers the chosen robot configuration and quantity in the current browser tab. Browsers generally clear session storage when the tab session ends, although restoration behaviour can vary.
- rs-cart: a legacy local-storage entry is removed when the storefront loads. The current store does not use it as a shopping cart.
Videos and external services
Some product pages include YouTube videos using youtube-nocookie.com. Loading an embedded player can connect your browser to Google/YouTube and disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser details and page context. Playing a video can cause additional processing or storage. Privacy-enhanced mode is not a promise that no data is shared. The current page may load an embedded player before you press play.
When you choose Payment, Stripe and its service providers may use storage for payment processing, security and fraud prevention. Hosting or sign-in infrastructure may also use operational cookies. These provider-controlled cookie names and durations have not been independently inventoried here.
Analytics and advertising
No advertising or analytics tracker was identified in the reviewed RobotSpace application code. This does not describe the separate policies of third-party video, hosting or payment services. We do not provide an “accept all” button on this page or imply that browsing is consent.
Managing storage
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing RobotSpace site data resets your comparison and configuration choices. Blocking necessary storage may interrupt sign-in or payment features. Browser privacy controls and third-party settings can affect embedded video.
