What this experience stores

Your comparison choices stay in your browser’s local storage. No online checkout is currently offered. Historical demonstration receipts may remain in management records. We do not ask for payment details or shipping information.

When you send an enquiry

We store your name, email, optional company and message so the RobotSpace team can review and respond to your interest through Shofield AI. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

AI conversations

When you use the assistant, your message and recent conversation context are sent to Shofield AI and its configured AI provider to generate a response. Avoid sharing confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information. Conversation text is not saved as a store enquiry. Photos you choose or capture are sent with your message for image analysis. Voice recordings are sent through Shofield AI to its configured provider for transcription. The store does not save these photos or recordings to its database. Camera and microphone access start only when you choose their controls, and stop when you finish or close the chat. Read-aloud replies use your browser’s speech service.

Technical operation

Short-lived rate-limit records use a short-lived hash of the connection’s IP address to reduce form abuse. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate the site. This store does not use advertising analytics.

Questions and deletion requests

Use the Get in touch form on the storefront to ask about your stored enquiry or request deletion. Include the email address used for your original enquiry. Do not send sensitive identification documents.
